Also known as Black King Kong Shrimp or Taiwan Bee shrimp which are mostly black with one or two white stripes on the back, they more challenging to breed with higher requirements and a popular choice for planted aquariums. Dwarf ornamental shrimps are tiny in size (2 cm to 3 cm) and they have become the ideal resident in nano aquariums and aquascapes due to their grazing of organic matters and algae consumption while adding a colorful touch and life to any scape.
Shrimps could not be kept with all fish except Micro varieties which we specify to be compatible with shrimps (please check and read our product descriptions).
Shrimps also require slow drip acclimation when introducing them to your aquarium, please check the parameters below to match the requirement for optimum conditions.
