Our Åpex Koi Tricolor has a mixture of yellow/orange, white, and black patterns on different parts of the body. The yellow/orange is highly reactive to their diet and environment where the vibrancy can fade under stress and during transport, please refer to our Åpex instruction care sheet for tips on caring for this strain which is hardy and grows highly colorful in an ideal environment with the correct diet.

Angelfish also belong to the Cichlidae family and a distant relative of our beloved Discus fish and butterfly cichlids, sharing similar environmental and behavioral traits.
